Super easy and quick recipe, can be adapted to the ingredients on hand.
- 8 garlic cloves (not peeled)
- 1/2 pound brie cheese (or Fontina cheese, cut in 1-in cubes)
- 1 cup black olives (Mediterranean or Greek, pitted)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (do not substitute)
Instead of melting it in a double boiler, I simply melted the cheese in the micro wave. Served as 3 single portions with aragula and fried mushrooms.
