An excellent that we will make again for sure. This recipe is perfect for Italian food especially as side dish to chicken.
The herbs I used are: savory, sage, rosemary and basil.
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 1 cup white long-grain rice (dry, rinsed and drained)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (mixed herbs, such as parsley, chives, and tarragon)
