A dream hot chocolate, with winter flavor!
Suggestion: for a non alcoholic version use rum flavor instead of rum!
Ingredients for two cups:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 whole star anise
- 1/2 sticks cinnamon
- 1/4 orange, zested
- 1 allspice berries
- 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
