A delicious pie which I made by scratch:

Crust: 2 cups flour, 6 tablespoons olive oil, about 2/3 cup water and salt

Mushrooms sup: 1 small can sliced white button mushrooms, water, white wine, chicken broth, Japanese soy sauce

While I was frying the onions I added the chicken and cooked until little browned, then I added the vegetables and all the other ingredients including the ingredients for the mushrooms soup. I covered and let them  cook until tender. In the meanwhile I rolled out the crust.


  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen French style green bean
  • 1 cup carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2-1 cup sliced celery (optional)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell’s Golden Mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken or 2 cups turkey, cooked and cubed, dusted with
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (9 inch) double crust pie crusts, use your favorite recipe
