Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C after tossing all the ingredients together and you will get this interesting combination: salty, sweet and garlicky. We loved it!


  • 2 c pecans (can sub other nuts)
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp calamansi juice (or lime juice)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
