How we loved this Ethiopian dish! It’s very easy to be prepared and highly recommended!

Ingredients:

2 yellow onions (chopped)
1/3 cup oil (canola oil)
3 to 4 ounces tomato paste (about 1/2 of a 6 oz. can)
4 cups green beans (ends snapped off and cut or snapped into halves or thirds)
250 grams carrots (3 carrots, cut into stick-shaped pieces)
550 grams tomatoes, chopped (3 tomatoes)
2 teaspoons minced garlic, to taste
2 teaspoons minced ginger, to taste
Salt, to taste
